Conveniently located in Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Lake Worth and Coral Springs, Florida, Dr. G’s Urgent Care Center offers all types of physicals. We offer same-day walk-in appointments every day of the week, as well as evenings and holidays, so you can plan your visit around YOUR schedule.

Whether for school, sports, or work, Dr. G’s Urgent Care Center performs thorough physicals for adults and children with the prompt documentation that you need.

Physicals offered include:

School, sports, and camp physicals are usually required once/year if you or your child will be engaging in these activities. Pre-employment physicals are specific to your job or industry and vary greatly depending on what the employer requires. DOT physicals are required for people who have a commercial driver’s license and/or are subject to the rules and regulations of the US Department of Transportation. Immigration physicals are needed to get a green card in the US.

We also do drug screens, pregnancy tests, and other lab tests as needed.
